PT. Dinamika Dayamanunggal business group began in 1977. Founded by Bapak Djoko Andryas, the first business venture dealt with sales and purchases of land as well as steel trade. As of today DD Group has a land bank of 200ha in Greater Jakarta, Bali & Lampung and has become a respected property developer in Jakarta.

Bapak Djoko entered the property business since the 1970’s. He is one of the pioneer and a major contributor to the warehousing complex developments at Kapuk area, West Jakarta. His leadership and fine judgement of the market and development has been proven by the success of his projects.

As a well respected and trusted businessman, he has been involved in numerous projects with different partners from all over Jakarta that were highly successful. These projects include Township developments, housing estates, commercial centre developments, as well as Industrial estate.

His vast knowledge about the property industry as well as his good track record plays a major contribution to the success of his projects. A long list of repeat customers, whose businesses mostly grow in the warehousing complex that Pak Djoko built, also become investors in many of his projects, thus proofing his reliability, trustworthiness and professionalism in the business.

With the growth of the businesses under Pak Djoko's leadership, the company decided to consolidate and form a holding group to be an umbrella company for these many different businesses. Thus DINAMIKA DAYAMANUNGGAL GROUP (DD GROUP) was born. When translated the meaning of DINAMIKA DAYAMANUNGGAL in bahasa Indonesia literally means Dynamic, United Endeavour.
